Recipe for Manifesting Your Dreams, Goals and Desires.

For those of you who know me, you know that when I say I AM a powerful manifester, that I AM telling the truth.  For those of you who do not know me personally, you are just going to have to take my word for it so please, read on.

For whatever it's worth, my daughter is a powerful manifester too!  Anyone can manifest and materialize anything they choose for their life and into their life.  Anyone can even manifest and materialize things they don't wish to bring into their life, as well and I will dig deeper into this statement next time.  Awareness is the key.

You see, manifesting and materializing are really only words.  And, like all words... they have meaning, THEY - HAVE - POWER! Words also have an energetic vibration attached to them. The energetic vibration of the words we use, create a magnetic pull into our lives. These words (or the energetic vibration attached to them) create an awareness within our subconscious mind and our physical bodies at a cellular level. It would be extremely useful for all of us to learn to use highly charged words in our vocabulary.

It's not just words though, however.  Thoughts, too, have an energetic footprint. It is within these energetic vibrations and footprints (though they do not stand alone) that manifesting and materializing occur.

So now, let's link these two together, to introduce yet another concept and item needed (though the recipe for manifesting has many items in it - these are but a few) to learn how to manifest - consciously.

Words + Thoughts = Feeling Tone

Feeling tone.  What is that?  Well, feeling tone is the excitement you feel when you fall in love, the butterflies in your stomach.  Feeling tone is the joy you feel when you learn of a new birth into the family.  Feeling tone is the amazement and wonder you have when you see something so beautiful that it takes your breath away. Get the picture?

There are several items on the recipe card for manifesting, these are just a few.  If you remember nothing else from this post remember this one thing: "Like energy attracts like energy," and words, thoughts, feeling tones, and more go into creating the life you desire!

Taking The High Road

Taking the high road. How often has this advice been given to each of us when encountering an ordeal that would negatively impact the situation if we chose to do the lesser? We all know these words have literal meaning..e.g., as in driving, walking, or running, up on the high road.  Metaphorically, the meaning gravitates to our actions, our character, and our integrity, our self-discipline when challenged with a negative issue or circumstance. Let’s talk.

Unfortunately, we all find ourselves from time-to-time faced with the dilemma that is to the contrary of positive development: closing business deals, building wealth, bridging gaps in relationships only to have your actions being misunderstood, and so much more.

The high road is that space in our minds that we must go to if we choose not to be agitated and impacted by those who choose not to walk the high road. To be descriptive, it is that place where no one nor anything is allowed entry. It is the peaceful stillness that we all possess that only we control and navigate to when faced with negative, contrite behaviors. This too, is quite challenging and here’s why;

At first, we will always want to revert to traditional conditioning (old and lesser behavior patterns) when challenged with less than favorable situations. In my coaching practice, I have termed this as “LVEC” (Lower Vibrating Energy Challenges).

An example of this would be found in the following scenario:  The arrival of the monthly banking statement. Hark! An error in deposits has been noted. A call to the bank elicits help from no one.  At this juncture, which way do we go? What road will be chosen to handle this matter?

By going deep within ourselves, we can choose a higher conscious awareness. We can ask our Higher Selves if we truly need to deal with the situation at this moment. Is the likelihood of a negative outcome possible if we choose to deal with the matter at that moment? If yes, why? Can this matter be placed on our calendars to address at a later date?

Before even attempting to reconcile the matter here is something that can be practiced, energetically, we can create a vision and hold a space for the matter to get worked out easily for the highest and best good overall. Being consciously “aware” impacts everything on a variety of levels.

Personally speaking, since practicing the principles that I teach others in my life coaching programs, my life has gotten simpler and it flows with grace and ease. Opportunities and doors have opened up to me in ways unimaginable.

How we view challenges and moreso, how we choose to handle these challenges reflect in every facet of our lives. The one thing we will always have control over is – our choices. Choose the high road.
