With Your Permission

I created this blog to share my expertise, my experiences, and my vision  to colleagues, peers, and homeowners alike to utilize my skills and abilities in transforming the energies as they exist at a property to assist in the sale of that property.

Of course when I first started this I was not sure of the response I would get, I only knew to follow my intuition and go forward with it. Well, what an exciting update to provide:  One person has come forward to ask for assistance.  That was approximately 2 weeks ago.  An offer has been received on her listing.  Whether the homeowner accepts that offer or not remains to be seen as of the date of this writing.  The fact is that it works.

Your permission is needed in order for advancement to take place. Did you now that? In order for opportunity, prosperity and even negative activity to work for or against you - your permission is required. We command things to come to us (whether done on a conscious level or not) by coming into agreement with it. Turning our attention to these matters puts us in the drivers seat of destiny and we go with it.

I was supposed to go out to a piece of vacant land to cleanse the energy.  I have yet to do that.  I will schedule that event for sometime over this weekend; after I have had an opportunity to contact the listing agent to make sure there are no deals on the table currently.  Once I verify everything, if there is a need for a cleansing, I shall go out and cleanse the energy and create a space for a buyer to come in.

It's Not You - It's The Energy!

Have you wondered why your short sale is just not selling?  Have you wondered why that bank owned property is not moving either?  There can be a variety of reasons, no doubt.  One reason that I am sure you have not looked at is the energy that has permeated the space.

With the current climate of our environment (globally, not just locally) people are feeding on the negative energies that are circling the earth.  These energies become part of our being, our home, our world.  If you would like to learn how to transform this negative energy into something more positive and productive, just drop me a line.  I would be happy to help.

I have worked with different brokers to clear energy from homes that would just not sell.  Sure, one of the homes was actually over priced; however, the price was dropped and it still received no attention.  A couple of weeks ago, I did a clearing of the energy and there is a contract now on the home.  Was it just a coincidence?  I do not believe so.

I am so aware of the effects of different energies and would be willing to go out on a limb to offer all Agents an opportunity to contact me to discuss the various ways to clear and cleanse the energy.  Homeowners, I would love to work with you, as well. Leaving your old home and entering new one certainly means a lot  and one of the last things you want to happen as you attempt to settle in to your new place, new surroundings, new community is having the same old tired aura replace the newness you're embarking upon. Yo cannot just change locations - you have to change the energy permeating from you.
